We are looking for an Experienced Pastry Chef to join this luxury Hotel in the Channel Islands. You’ll be working with the very best of ingredients and techniques, and you will be responsible for production of both breads and pastry products from scratch

  • Ensuring a clean and tidy working environment at all times
  • Meeting all HACCP and food safety standards consistently
  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines

Minimum Requirement:

  • 5 years’ experience in a pastry kitchen
  • 2 years’ experience running a pastry section
  • Fully HACCP and food safety trained
  • Passion for baking & confectionery
  • Innovative and enthusiastic to increase sales
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work on own initiative
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
