This young lady is a bubbly and enthusiastic chef with a wonderful personality and a strong desire to succeed in the industry.  She has been described as a consistent worker who is always keen to explore food / taste combinations.  She has worked in the cold and hot kitchen with exposure to a la carte and function catering and she is currently looking to gain more experience in other areas of the kitchen.
