This exclusive 5* lodge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The successful incumbent will have a formal Culinary qualification and a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience as a Junior Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie. Previous experience within a 4/5* hotel or lodge environment will put you in good stead. You will be responsible to assist the Executive Chef in the overall management of the kitchen. Seeking a passionate Chef who is willing and eager to learn and to further grow and develop their career within 5* fine dining environment.
