This 5* lodge is seeking a Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade. You are required to have a formal Culinary qualification and a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience within a similar position. Must have extensive fine dining a la carte experience within a 5* lodge environment. The successful; incumbent will have a sound understanding and knowledge of food costings and disciplinary procedures. Seeking a passionate and innovative Chef with good control, training and staff management skills.
