This fantastic 5* beach Lodge is recruiting an Executive Housekeeper, who will oversee the effective running of the housekeeping department, supervise a team of 20 room attendants, 6 laundry staff and 8 public area attendants. Planning of timetables and shift work, as well as attention to detail is key and we need someone that strives for perfection. The successful candidate needs to be hands on, extremely fit, able to nurture the staff and be a role model that is fair and firm.

We are looking for a right hand to the managing couple and someone who is passionate about service and well-traveled.  The successful candidate must have worked in five star establishments where there is a very strong guest focus and where expectations are exceeded and five star service delivery is key, someone who is a natural host with a warm approachable way is needed. You will have duty managers to assist you and the total focus will be on service, surprising the guests and creating special memories, which is what these holidays are about.
