Well known 5* hotel is seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Chef.  Seeking a candidate who has turned 5* kitchens to new levels of excellence and is accustomed to French and Mediterranean food styles.  The successful candidate must be a mature and confident individual with excellent management skills.  Must be able to maintain required 5* standards and create new and innovative dishes. Previous experience in a Michelin Star Restaurant and a third language would be a huge advantage.
