This well renowned 4* hotel is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. You are required to have a formal Hospitality / Food and Beverage Management qualification and a minimum of 1/2 years’ experience within a Food and Beverage Supervisor / Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position. Previous experience within a large hotel environment essential. You will be responsible to oversee the restaurant and conference facilities, training and development of staff members and ensuring correct stock control and stock take.
