Office Manager. Marie-Louise has a largely corporate background, having gained a wealth of experience as a Personal Assistant to Sales and HR Directors, and Office Manager to various organisations in the world of Sales, Human Resources and Commerce, locally, and most recently in the UK. Her role is that of supporting Rob, Jade and the Consultants, as well as managing the office and all administrative affairs including the accounts function, advertising and marketing.

Patti Samuelson recently rejoined the Company, after an 8 year stint in Dubai, where she was involved in Client liason, Administration and Hotels.

Jade Ribeiro

Branch Manager. With a formal qualification in Industrial Psychology, Jade has 6 years’ Recruitment experience. Jade is able to advise, offer expertise and recruit within the realms of general recruitment, Retail and the Hospitality Industry.

Philile Hlongwa

Consultant. Philile graduated from the International Hotel School, after which she worked in 5* Hotels and Lodges in operations, before joining our team. With approximately 8-years experience in the Hospitality industry, Philile joined the Company in early 2007, as Jade's Assistant. During this time, Philile underwent an intense development programme in specialist recruitment consulting, and in November 2007, she was promoted to the role of fully fledged Consultant.

Andre studied Law at University before gaining extensive experience in the Beverage side of the Hospitality Industry, and his interest in Human Resources gradually developed over the years, bringing him to the team at RSI. His strong administrative, sales, control and procedural background, make him a particularly meticulous Consultant.

Q comes from Resort Hotels, where she gained extensive experience both in Reception, in Conferencing and Banqueting, as well as Guest relations, PR and administration. She is Jade’s right hand and assists her with all aspects of consulting, training and management of RSI.
